RETURNS POLICY

If you receive a damaged/faulty product, please email elizabarnesillustrations@gmail.com or submit an enquiry online. We do not accept returns due to change of mind. If the product is deemed faulty, we will issue a refund or replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law once the product has been returned to us. ​
