WHERE ARE PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?

All products purchased on this website are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

CAN I PICK UP MY PURCHASES IN STORE?

No, we are an online only store.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We do not accept returns due to change of mind. If the product is deemed faulty, we will issue a refund or replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law once the product has been returned to us.

CAN I COMMISSION MY OWN PAINTING?

We are currently closed for commissions until further notice.

Commission pricing ranges from $400 to $900 depending on the size, materials used and subject matter of the painting. Please email elizabarnesillustrations@gmail.com for more information about commissions. The client receives the original artwork however Eliza Barnes retains the copyright to all commissioned work unless agreed otherwise.
